You can purchase one of our slow grown, pasture-raised, organic highland beef boxes in either 10kg or 15kg sizes.
A typical 10kg beef box includes, but is not limited to roughly:

4-6 Sirloin, Rump Or Fillet Steaks
500g Skirt Of Beef
500g Shin Of Beef
x2 500g Chuck Steak
x3 Up To 2.5kg Roasting Joints (Brisket, Topside, Rib Of Beef Rolled Or On Bone)
Our meat boxes range in size and cost, but will contain a mixture of cuts of meat from across an animal, this way you get to stock up on a range of mealtime essentials ranging from quick and easy to cook cuts such as steaks and sausages, to slow cooking cuts such as stewing beef or a roasting joint.
Shopping in this way also helps us 'balance' a whole animal, selling not only the very popular bits but being responsible and using head to tail- but when grown on organic pastures, all of the animal taste spectacular, and should be celebrated.
