Our Family

We are Amelia and Jason Greenway, a young farming couple and proud parents to our own mini farmers; Raymond and Rupert.
Springwater Cottage was the first home we shared together, and when it came time to name our business in 2018, it felt like the obvious choice. We had no permanent farm to our name back then, just a vision and the name of a cottage that meant everything to us. We figured we could take it with us wherever we landed. Turns out, we landed pretty well.
Farming was never a career choice for us, it was always just home. Amelia grew up on a small-scale organic farm; Jason was already working the land locally. That shared foundation gave us the confidence to strike out on our own and put our weight behind the regenerative farming movement we both believed in so strongly.
We started by renting 70 acres of organic permanent pasture from a local landowner who took a chance on our vision. From day one, the goal was simple: look after the soil, raise animals well, and get exceptional produce straight to your door.In 2023, everything changed.
We became the youngest first-generation tenants to secure a National Trust tenancy of over 900 acres on the stunning Killerton estate, where we now live and farm and raise our family. That same year, we were awarded Tenant Farmer of the Year at the South West Farming Awards, and our pork mince took Best Food Product at the Food Drink Devon Awards.
